Ramin Goudarzi, Pharm.D, MBA
President

Dr. Goudarzi leads Pharmin USA and the Division of Research and Development. He manages a global team of safety officers to ensure the safety of all Pharmin throughout the entire life cycle. Dr. Goudarzi is responsible for company research designs, safety surveillance practices as well as leadership in ensuring the highest medical standard, approaches to clinical data transparency and scientific integrity.

Research Interests :

Using different models of connective tissue injuries, Dr. Goudarzi employs an integrative approach to examine the role of second messengers in controlling joint and skin inflammation and pain. He applies genomics approaches to measure biomarkers’ activities in osteoarthritis and psoriasis. His team’s main goal is to identify novel therapeutic agents to help relieve joint and skin disease, inflammation and pain. To this date, the team was able to engineer currently available Arthrocen®, topical Rocen ® and Decalciterol ® helping numbers of osteoarthritis and psoriatic patients.
